Contract Manager – Immediate start – Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia My client is urgently recruiting an experienced Contract Manager for an immediate start in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The project is a mixed use development on a large scale, comprising residential buildings with some commercial property. The project is located close to the border with Kuwait. Candidate requirements • Bachelors or diploma in relevant QS/Civil • Ability to manage a team of quantity surveyors/engineers • Conversant with FIDIC Contract Conditions • Computer literate with emphasis in spreadsheets and word processing • Very experienced applicants will be preferred – 10 to 15+ years experience. • KSA / GCC / Middle East experience is essential on mixed use projects • Have occupied the role of Contracts Manager within a reputable consultancy • Preference will be shown to candidates who are immediately available My client must have someone on site before 20th March. In return, the candidate will be rewarded will an all inclusive salary of between $10k and £11.5k per month. This will comprise basic salary, accommodation, food allowance and car. The candidate could choose to live in Kuwait and commute to the site or be provided with an apartment on the project site.
