Senior Well Engineering Manager- India Client: My client is a leading upstream production company in the oil & gas production sector. Role: Senior well engineering manager:- Supervise Drilling Engineering activities across all rigs operating, both offshore & on land Requirements: Ideal candidate will have an Educational qualification in mechanical or petroleum engineer with a experience over 15 years in the industry. • Experience in offshore & onshore programs • Experience in Deep water wells will be an added advantage • Experience in preparing well construction programs • Strong leadership skills Responsible for: • Drilling Engineering activities across all rigs operating, both offshore & on land. • Development of well engineering process and standards • Liaison with G &G group regarding well planning interface issues • Development of lessons learned, and keeping abreast of lessons learned • Participate in field development and well engineering • Supervision of FWR activities Remuneration: This is a staff role and my client offers a competitive salary & benefit package with excellent career progression opportunities |
