Health and Safety Manager – UAE I have a new requirement for a Health and Safety Manager . My client is a major building, infrastructure and environmental consultancy across the Gulf and has secured the lead contract on a major mixed used development in Abu Dhabi, comprising of accommodation, industrial and commercial facilities. The role of the Health and Safety manager will be to evaluate the degree of implementation of health and safety management systems and plans, and provide feedback on findings and improvement requirements. They will have the ability to introduce and maintain HSE initiatives and controls throughout the project and provide expert advice on the HSE requirements. Requirements: • At least 5 years of working experience, in similar role, on similar projects. • Degree qualified in relevant industry subject. • Some site experience would be an advantage as the role will require some work from a site office location. • GCC experience will be an added advantage • Excellent English communication skills. This is an active project, due to start at the beginning of May. It is a flag ship project within Abu Dhabi.
