Business Support Assistant - Wilmslow, UK
We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to become an integral part of the Leap29 PEO team in a role that will see you involved with onboarding processes, global mobilization, work permit processes and international payroll.

As a Business Support Assistant you will work from our offices in Wilmslow, we do offer flexible and home working once you are fully trained and able to manage your workload remotely.
As a Business Support Assistant, your duties would include:
Overseeing the on-boarding and mobilisation of contractors
Introductory calls welcoming new PEO employees
Selecting and Editing appropriate templates contracts for clients, employees and third party vendors Managing large volumes of employment data via excel and creating mailmerge documents.
Issuing and collating contracts and other employment documents.
CRM management and data room coordination.
Employee liaison and support on a monthly basis
Interfacing with internal finance team and third parties.
Support with marketing campaigns and proposals.
Completing month end reporting (both internally and for client)
Our ideal candidate will have:
Customer service experience in a business environment
Attention to detail and skilled in data management
High level of competence with excel, ideally using macros
High level of computer literacy
Familiarity with managing an onboarding and ongoing management process
Understanding of payroll processes advantageous but not essential.
Autonomous, hard working with plenty of initiative

Salary: Basic Salary from £19,000 per annum based on 39 hours a week.
