Bucking the trend of the current market trend, a client of Leap29 will looking to bring an Automation Engineer into their Stavanger office in September. This is due a project that has been awarded and has been scheduled to begin at that time. The client, a major offshore topside contractor have the long term modification / overhaul contract and so are looking to bring this candidate into the team for a long-term project basis.
The correct contractor will have over 5 years' experience, be looking for a move in September, with a view to a long-term contract. They will be a strong Autiomation engineer with an impressive CV of offshore projects.
Unfortunately, due to the international travel restrictions, the client is not able to accept applicants without a valid Norwegian work permit, or an EU Passport.

The role will require the candidate to have a strong background within programming, and Norwegian / North Sea Experience.
To be suitable for this position you will need to have the following background.
• 5 Years relevant experience
• Knowledge of PLC and SCADA
• Relevant Degree
• English Speaking
• NORSOK/North Sea experience
