Senior Technical Sales Engineer - Rayong Thailand - Hygienic Material Handling
Start Date: Immediately, One Month from contract signature
Working week:45 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
The Location: Rayong, Thailand
The Offer: Permanent - Approx. 80,000 - 100,000 THB / Month + Benefits
This multinational Material Handling Company is within the process engineering business unit, and offers material handling and process engineering solutions to the industry leaders in the chemical and food industries all over the world.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Solution Sales Team from the region
• Travel throughout South East Asia to meet customers
• Search and establish contact with new clients who can benefit from the service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Make technical/application presentations. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and application education.
• Able to articulate technology and application to both business and technical users.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements, and convey customer requirements accurately to relevant teams
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFQs
• Formulate process flow diagram, general arrangement drawing and plant layout.
• Formulate tender proposals and prepare cost calculations.
• Formulate tender and contract terms with the regions Solution Sales team.
• Administer & maintain sales database(s) and project approval database.
• Support trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience gained working in hygienic processing environment
• Ideally experience gained in food, beverage or the dairy engineering industry.
• Willing to take a residential position in Rayong
• Some commercial flare and ability to sell complex engineering solutions
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• Ideally experience gained in technical sales or a technical background with a desire to move into technical sales
• Ideally fluent English and Thai
