Field Service Operations Team Lead - Paris, France
Leap29 are a collaborating with a leading global food processing and packaging company and we have an exciting opportunity for a FSO Team Leader to join them in France.
In this position, you will be responsible for execution of field service activities, resource management and development of Service Engineers.
·Manage a team of 15 Service Engineers
·Manage and develop personnel in line with global processes and tools
·Drive competence development for the team
·Educate, coach, support and share experience with colleagues and customers
·Drive employee engagement and satisfaction, technical improvements and high performance
·Manage individual and team performance
·Lead Issue Resolution (management and escalation) ensuring resolution to customer.
·In case of service quality issue, support analysis, action plan and communication to stakeholders.
·Collaborate with central planning and Key Account teams to secure the optimal planning of resources.
·Technical/engineering education at University level or similar
·People management experience
·Knowledge in processing and food safety
·High level of mechanical and electrical competence
·High level of analytical problem-solving methodology
·Good understanding of service business, service products and customers' needs
·Self-driven, highly motivated and independent personality
·Excellent negotiation skill and informal authority to motivate and influence people at all levels
·Fluency in English and French
·Available to travel
