IT Technical Support - Geneva, Switzerland
Our client is currently looking for a Junior IT Technical Support Technician who wants to work in a fast paced, end user team. We require an individual who has the experience and drive to work with a global travel site in a high-tech, global environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT Desk Support.
- Support walk up desks.
- Be first point of contact for end user issues.
- Lead problem resolving activities.
- Take part in IT Real Estate projects.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year experience within a 1st level Corporate IT Support. Multi-suite IT operations environment preferred.
