Duration: Long Term
Working week: Approx. 40/45 hours per week

Job Scope
This position is responsible for efficiently managing turn-key projects with a hands on approach to ensure on-time delivery, under budget expenses and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
·Management of and actively involved in the development through to completion of a Project
Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support and Customer Service & Logistics to ensure knowledge sharing, equipment and performance objectives are attainable and met for each project
·Actively work with the Sales and Technical Support Teams, sharing knowledge and experience across all facets of the project
·Manage costs, schedule, documentation, and quality, startup/commissioning and training elements of each project you are assigned
·Report on and meet project budgets

Specific Duties
·Generate layouts to assist in sales presentations, including ensuring system designs are configured to company standards accurately and within set timeframes
·Provide machine specification and cost estimations to the Sales Team where applicable
·Source and price additional non-standard equipment, providing accurate design & specifications to external suppliers of the requirements
·Responsible for ensuring all project plans are established, maintained and updated to all involved in the project
·Responsible for all equipment orders, follow up and communication to all parties in relation to installations
·Responsible for making minor changes to plans with approval from R&D
·Liaise with Technical Support to ensure all aspects of installation are covered including layouts, contract amendments, changes to job specification, etc.
·Attend and work at trade shows / exhibitions held throughout the year (including some weekends)

Key requirements
·Trade or tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline is highly considered, but not mandatory
·Minimum of 3 years in project management environment
·Exposure to the manufacturing (specifically food and packaging) industry is advantageous
·Sound knowledge using AutoCAD and MS Project is essential

·Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally
·Able to lead teams and provide guidance
·Able to problem solve & make decisions in line with organisational philosophies and practices
·Able to use project management tools to track milestones and outcomes
