Job Title: Sales Executive/ Processing Account Manager
Location: Warsaw, Poland

Leap29 are working with a leading international food processing and packaging business and our client has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Sales Executive/ Processing Account Manager.

This is a permanent position that will be based in the thriving Polish capital of Warsaw and offers the right candidate ample opportunity for career development and personal growth.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling production equipment and solutions for cheese and dairy production.

Role Responsibilities
• Effectively build strong relationships with customers
• Take responsibility for sales budget and margins
• Drive sales of equipment through opportunity management
• Provide your own input towards product development
• Participate in industrialization of new products
• Report the market situation- won/lost orders, forecast, ongoing and planned activities
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve collective results
• Coordinate business intelligence with continuous research, and support ad hoc studies development

• Bachelors degree in Dairy / Cheese Engineering / Technology (preferred)
• Commercial experience: minimum 3 years experience in Sales of capital equipment for liquid food processing
• Experience of key account management is preferred
• Ability to travel extensively within Poland (more than 50% of your time)
• Fluent English and Polish
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude, open for a long-term opportunity with an international mindset
• Ability to work individually and a good team player
• Dynamic, self - determined, independently decision maker, business driven manager, proactive vs reactive approach
• Excellent sales & negotiations skill
• Adaptable
• Deals with uncertainty and can view different perspectives to problem solving
• Analytical & strategic thinking
