Nathan joined Leap29 in 2004 and graduated in Business Management. After joining as a Senior Consultant, Nathan has progressed his career significantly with Leap29 and joined the board in 2011, before being appointed as Global Director in 2014. His commitment to excellence drives the strategy, delivery and culture of the business, creating a fun, progressive and dynamic environment.
Ben HardenGlobal Operations Manager
Ben graduated from the University of Leeds in 2001 before joining Leap29 in 2005. He has been integral in the set up and delivery of a number of domestic and international Construction and Oil & Gas contract recruitment markets. Ben was then tasked with developing Leap29's Managed Account and Workforce Management Division, where he oversees delivery of solutions to a number of Leap29's key global clients
Ashley MorrisRegional Operations Manager
Ashley holds a BSc in Geography and has been with Leap29 since graduating 7 years ago. After starting as a Trainee he has received 6 promotions whilst establishing a number of permanent markets both in the UK and Overseas. Currently he is responsible for overseeing the delivery of recruitment solutions across Asia Pacific within Construction & Engineering, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals and Power.
Adam O'DonnellRegional Operations Manager
Adam has been with Leap29 for 6 years, since graduating with a BSc in Business Studies from the University of Lancaster. After starting as a Trainee, Adam worked on International Construction markets before launching a new Banking & Finance division. Currently he is responsible for overseeing the delivery of recruitment solutions across the MENA region within Construction, Legal and Banking & Finance.
Simon DuffGlobal Contract Manager
Simon has 7 years’ experience having been with Leap29 since graduating in 2008, with a degree in Advertising and Brand Management. He has developed a number of International contract markets in Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Construction and Marine. Simon is now responsible for overseeing the delivery of contract recruitment solutions, payroll services and contractor management within Leap29.

At Leap29 we are committed to having a significant positive impact on society and the environment, with a goal of being recognized in corporate social responsibility. Over the years, we have hosted charity days, raising over £10,000 in the last 12 months for various courses.
This year, Leap29 decided to make a big difference to one charity. At our Half Year Awards in January, Leap29 employees voted to support the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity in 2017; pledging to raise at least £5,000 for one of their many fantastic projects.
