Our PeopleFirmly at the heart of our company

We pride ourselves on our award winning training and structured talent growth programme. We don't hire superstars – we build them and we are proud to say that every single one of our Managers started Leap29 as Trainee Consultants.

Our operations are predominantly managed by our UK head office which is based in Wilmslow, Cheshire just outside of Manchester. This office acts as a global hub connecting our people and our operations all around the world.

We have a culture of success at Leap29

We have a culture of success, where we regularly celebrate achievements through employee incentives, rewards and tons of recognition. This year we have had trips to Chester Races, Crystal Maze, All Star Lane Bowling and The Comedy Store, just to name a few!

At Leap29 we are very proud of our award winning internal training and development programs. Whether you are new to recruitment, or experienced in the role you will receive a tailored induction and training program.

Our dedicated training team will take you through the theoretical, practical and system training you will require to be successful. All aspects of the role will be covered to allow you to focus on developing your career.

Charity and Community

In 2020, Leap29 decided to make a big difference to one charity in particular. Through an employee vote, The East Cheshire Hospice was selected to be our chosen company charity and we pledged to raise £5,000 to go towards helping their patients and their loved ones during their end of lifecare.

Over the last two years we have surpassed our pledge and have raised an incredible £5,382.94 from various events including Marathons, London to Leap29 Cycle Challenge, Company Corporate Challenges, Yorkshire Thee Peaks and many more!

This year at Leap29 we are also extremely proud to be getting involved in Programme One, an initiative created to address the significant underrepresentation of black talent within the recruitment industry. At Leap29 we strongly believe in the importance of equality and diversity, and we hope by being part of organisations like Programme One we can help work towards a better more diverse future in recruitment.

At Leap29, we strive to create and foster an environment of belonging and collaboration across cultural differences. We recognise we are not all the same and that is our greatest strength, we believe to provide the best quality service globally to both our clients and candidates, that requires a diverse team. We are actively working to build a more diverse Leap29 and cultivate a sense of belonging for all that join our team, we welcome all applications and encourage applicants from minority groups, particularly those underrepresented within the recruitment industry.

What our Employees Say?

One of the standout aspects of Leap29 to me is its unparalleled work culture. The company has cultivated an environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. I have found myself surrounded by colleagues who are not just knowledgeable in their field, but are also genuinely supportive and collaborative. The approachable nature of the leadership team creates an atmosphere where every idea is valued, and as a team member I feel heard.

Arran Johnson

I have worked with Leap29 for 11 years which I think says a lot about why it is such a great place to work. Through work incentives I have been able to go on some truly memorable holidays. I was able to fulfil a lifelong dream to travel across Japan and was even able to take my family to Orlando, all paid for by Leap29.

Cassie Cullinane Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Even as an experienced recruiter, Leap29 provide me with continuous support for me to develop in my career. I am a member of a ‘Elite Future Leaders’ program, which is an external training and membership for leaders within recruitment.
