Leap29 Attend Launch of Many Hands Campaign

Last night, Leap29 attended the launch of the Many Hands Campaign run by the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity.

The Many Hands Campaign, spearheaded by one of the UK’s most high profile businessesmen, Theo Paphitis, asks 50 companies to raise just £1,000 each to help make a difference to poorly children.

Now in its fifth year, the Many Hands Campaign offers participants the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of thousands of children across the North West. The campaign will conclude in September with a finale event, which will see participants with the most innovative ideas pitching in front of fellow ‘Many Handers’ to a prestigious panel of judges including Theo Paphitis.

Having pledged to raise £5,000 for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity, Leap29 are delighted to be taking part in the Many Hands Campaign and our team of Charity Champions are already scheming to think of the most unique way they can raise £1,000 for this campaign.

Talent Acquisition Manager, Andrea Mason, and Principal Consultant, Micia Bellamy, represented Leap29 at last night’s Q and A session to kick-start the campaign.

About the event, Andrea Mason says; “Theo’s interview was very engaging, inspiring and honest. It’s clear how passionate he is about this charity.

It was fantastic to be in a room with so many likeminded people who also want to show their support, I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with in September.”
