Recently, we held our annual company presentation, giving the chance to update the team and reflect on accomplishments over the last 12 months. In which, we analysed successes in sales, performance and overall strategy going forward into 2018. In addition to the company update, we had the pleasure of awarding a number of employees for their consistent, hard work, top billers and ‘inspirational performances’.
These included;
Natalie, during the last 10 years she has successfully placed over 90 candidates, added another 2 children to the family moved house, extended it and had a wedding. She is a committed and valued member of the Leap29 family.
Sally joined Leap in November 2007 and joined the business as an accounts administrator- Sally progressed to office manager very quickly. Sally really is the backbone behind the business, for which we are all grateful for.
Tim has made over 100 placements having notable success in the Middle East, North Africa, Middle East and Australasia. During the last 18 months have been the most successful period so far of their career, helping develop markets in Asia leading the development of the FMCG sector.
A huge congratulations to Natalie, Sally and Tim! Well done for completing 10 years with Leap29! We hope you’ve enjoyed working with us as much as we’ve enjoyed having you – here’s to the next 10!
As a company, recognising achievement is something we relish. Alongside our long service winners we also had a number of other awards for inspirational service. We are delighted to also recognise those who go and above and beyond their usual duties. We also had a number of awards for individuals who have recently demonstrated exceptional performance, these included;
Rob’s excellent candidate management and organisational skills enabled him to place over 40 accountants last year. So far this year he has made 27 permanent placements and 6 contract placements earning him Leap29’s inspirational performance award.
Ward has showed a great amount of dedication and drive, whilst forging a new niche for Leap29. Highlighting a new overseas industries and during his first year on the market he invoiced almost a quarter of a million pounds. He has already secured repeat business with both two key clients, as well as arranged a successful business trip to Singapore & Hong Kong. Now, has begun to attack the European market and they are starting to reap reward.

Roberta and Tim have both been with Leap29 a number of years and are proof that consistent, hard work does pay off! Congratulations to both.
Roberta has been with the company since November 2011. 2016/17 was her most successful year to date, demonstrating excellent candidate and client management skills, whilst becoming a key contributor within the business.And Tim, has shown that hard work does get results, a consistent hard worker.
